Job summary

Quantinuum seeks a Vice President of Government Partnerships to lead and accelerate U.S. government engagement, shaping commercial opportunities and partnerships in federal programs, labs, and policy initiatives.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Deep knowledge of the U.S. federal government landscape and procurement processes.
Proven track record building senior government relationships and navigating complex environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. government account and market development plan.
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across federal agencies, departments, and national laboratories.
Expand visibility and credibility as a commercial partner across government and research ecosystems.
Identify opportunities, support pipeline development, and create engagement pathways with government stakeholders.
Coordinate with Government Sales, Business Development, Product, and Public Policy teams on strategy and execution.
Maintain stakeholder maps, relationship plans, and opportunity tracking in CRM.
