Constellation Space in Washington, DC seeks a Head of Business Development to scale U.S. Government and enterprise partnerships. You will define multi-year growth, own high-value captures from shaping to award, and align product roadmaps with government and commercial demand signals.

We expect 5+ years in government BD or complex enterprise software sales, with a proven ability to win programs and navigate federal procurement, plus the capability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in government BD, capture, or complex enterprise software sales.
• Proven track record owning and winning high-value programs and navigating federal acquisition environments.
• Strong technical literacy with distributed systems and network orchestration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute multi-year growth strategy across DoD, USSF, SDA, NASA and enterprise operators.
• Lead end-to-end capture for high-value programs from shaping to award.
• Navigate OTAs, SBIR/STTRs, BAAs, FAR-based contracts and structure teaming agreements.
• Translate demand signals into product priorities with engineering.
• Establish repeatable capture processes, pipeline discipline and forecasting.
