Job summary

IFF is seeking a Vice President, Treasurer to lead global treasury strategy and operations from our New York HQ. You will shape capital structure, liquidity management, debt portfolio strategy, and banking relationships while partnering with the CFO and executive team.

This role drives working capital optimization, financial risk management, and treasury governance. You will build and develop a high‑performing global treasury organization and modernize systems and analytics to optimize

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
At least 15 years in treasury, corporate finance, banking or risk management.
At least 10 years in senior treasury leadership roles in a global public company.
Proven ability to advise executives and communicate to Board-level stakeholders.
Experience leading global teams through transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global treasury strategy aligned with priorities.
Lead capital structure, liquidity, debt, and investments.
Oversee cash positioning, forecasting, repatriation, intercompany funding.
Partner with leaders to improve working capital across receivables, inventory, payables.
Manage treasury risk programs and hedging policies.
