Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, CA, CTP, or equivalent advanced qualification in Finance.
• 15+ years of leadership experience across tax, treasury, and finance.
• Extensive knowledge of global tax policy, transfer pricing, and Pillar Two.
• Experience leading multi-entity operations across jurisdictions and currencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver global tax strategy and compliance across direct and indirect taxes.
• Lead tax accounting, transfer pricing, and R&D tax credits with global scope.
• Oversee treasury strategy, cash management, liquidity, and risk hedging.
• Guide governance, policies, and transformation initiatives in tax and treasury.
• Partner with C-suite and board, aligning tax and treasury with business strategy.
