Job summary

ICF seeks a Vice President and Treasurer to lead the Treasury team in Reston, VA, driving capital structure decisions to support growth and manage liquidity. You will collaborate with the CFO and senior leaders to optimize risk management and funding strategies.

You will oversee debt, banking relationships, tax planning, and M&A treasury initiatives, building a high-performing team and presenting to the executive team and Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 15+ years in finance and treasury roles.
• 5+ years of direct staff management experience.
• Experience building and leading high-performing treasury teams.
• Strong financial analysis and corporate finance understanding.
• Proficiency with financial modeling including long-term planning and M&A modeling.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic financing and working capital needs with internal partners.
• Own long-term cash flow planning model to optimize liquidity and capital structure.
• Evaluate financing alternatives to lower cost of capital and improve liquidity.
• Develop recommendations for share buybacks and dividends.
• Oversee debt management, covenants, LC issuance, and guarantees.
• Lead global banking relationships and treasury operations.
