Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. This senior executive role combines leadership of Tax and Treasury, directing global operations, governance, and strategy across markets where the business operates.

Reporting to the CFO with board exposure, you will drive tax and treasury policy, compliance, liquidity, and risk management while guiding the transformation toward a modern, scalable finance capability as the business positions itself

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
15+ years of leadership experience across tax, treasury, and finance functions in multinational organizations.
Extensive knowledge of global tax strategy, ASC 740/FIN 48, transfer pricing, indirect tax, and Pillar Two/GloBE.
Experience leading Tax and Treasury for a global, multi-entity business operating across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver the organization’s global tax strategy across direct and indirect taxes.
Oversee global tax compliance and reporting, including corporate income tax and tax provisioning.
Lead treasury strategy, liquidity management, and risk management.
Own capital structure, funding relationships, and FX/interest-rate hedging.
Lead transformation of tax and treasury processes, systems, and operating models.
