Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) seeks an executive to lead the global Tax and Treasury functions. Reporting to the CFO, the role oversees strategy, governance, liquidity, risk, and a transformation agenda as the business positions itself independently from IFF.

The leader will shape tax policy across direct/indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and Pillar Two. In treasury, drive liquidity, FX hedging, capital structure, and banking relationships while advancing transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, CA, CTP, or equivalent advanced qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 15+ years of leadership experience across tax, treasury, and finance functions in multinational organizations.
• Proven experience leading Tax and Treasury for a global, multi-entity business across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Tax strategy and compliance, including transfer pricing and Pillar Two readiness.
• Lead Treasury strategy, liquidity management, funding, and risk management across currencies and rates.
• Oversee global operations, governance, and transformation to enable stand-alone operations and scalable finance.
