Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. This role combines Tax and Treasury leadership under a single executive, guiding strategy, governance and controls across markets as the business stands up independently from IFF.

Reporting to the CFO with board exposure, you will drive tax strategy, global compliance, liquidity management, capital structure and risk management while leading a transformation to enhance automation and data quality in ERP,

Qualifications

15+ years of leadership across tax, treasury, and finance functions in multinational organizations.
Extensive knowledge of global tax strategy, treasury management, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience leading Tax and Treasury for global multi-entity operations.
Strong governance, policy development, and enterprise risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver the organization’s global tax strategy across direct and indirect taxes.
Oversee tax compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, and international tax matters.
Lead treasury strategy, liquidity management, and risk hedging.
Drive global operations transformation, automation, and ERP/tax technology.
Partner with Legal, IT, HR and Finance to sequence transformation milestones.
