Job summary

ICF, a global advisory and technology services provider, seeks a Vice President and Treasurer to lead the Treasury team in Reston, VA. You will work closely with the CFO and senior leaders to shape capital structure, liquidity planning, and risk management to support growth and strategic initiatives.

You will oversee global banking relationships, debt management, cash forecasting, and treasury systems, ensuring strong liquidity and value-driven capital allocation across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible positions in finance and treasury.
• Leadership role within the Treasury function.
• 5+ years of direct staff management experience.
• Experience building and leading high-performing financial teams.
• Strong financial analysis, corporate finance theory and application.
• Financial modeling experience including M&A modeling.

Responsibilities

• Identify financing and working capital needs; evaluate capital structure and cost of capital.
• Own long-term cash flow planning models for liquidity optimization.
• Oversee debt management, covenant compliance, and banking relationships.
• Develop share buyback and dividend programs.
• Lead treasury operations, risk management, and hedging strategies.
• Deliver quarterly and ad-hoc treasury presentations to the executive team and board.
• Manage treasury systems implementation and internal controls.
