Certa is hiring a VP of Professional Services to own end-to-end delivery. You will unify delivery, engagement management, and AI-enabled implementation into one operating model across regions, owning scope, quality, timelines, and margins.

The role demands seasoned enterprise B2B SaaS leadership, P&L ownership, strong escalation presence, and a focus on coaching and partner-delivered engagements. Remote-first with global teams and opportunities to shape the PS function.
