Job summary

DataCamp is hiring a VP of Professional Services to own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and AI programs, from go-to-market to client outcomes. You will drive revenue, margin, and a scalable service model, leading the team and the processes that make large-scale engagements repeatable.

Qualifications

• Deep in the data and AI space with hands-on delivery experience.
• 10+ years in professional services, consulting, or enterprise delivery.
• P&L literacy with ability to price and manage margins.
• Strong credibility with both technical teams and executives.
• Proven ability to design scalable processes across sales, delivery, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Own a business line including bookings, revenue, and gross margin.
• Lead PS account executives and coordinate with platform sales.
• Define programs, packaging, and pricing for repeatable offerings.
• Oversee delivery with Learning Solutions Architects and instructors.
