Job summary

Ethos is building a Global People Operations & AI function. In this Director role you will define the operating model, establish a tiered service delivery (self-service, shared services, experts), and lead a growing team across regions to scale People services and experience.

You will partner with HR Technology, IT, Legal, and Finance to align systems, govern AI and data privacy, measure success with clear metrics, and drive adoption of automation to let people focus on judgment and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in People/HR Operations or shared services.
• Experience leading tiered service models (self-service, shared services, experts).
• Proven automation and AI deployment in operations.
• Global experience across countries with data privacy knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year roadmap for Global People Operations.
• Lead Global People Services team across geographies.
• Set automation strategy and AI governance.
• Design tiered service model (self-service, shared, experts).
• Partner with HR Tech, IT, Legal, Finance to align systems and processes.
• Own change management and adoption across regions.
