Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead global infrastructure services, cloud and on‑prem environments, and related platform operations. The role emphasizes security, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.

The successful candidate will drive complex projects, manage budgets, and collaborate with senior IT leadership to deliver measurable outcomes across enterprise networking, cloud hosting, identity services, and endpoint management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of infrastructure experience with a Bachelor's, or 8 years with a Master’s.
• Experience leading a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines.
• Broad technical knowledge across networking, cloud, identity, endpoint management, security, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental objectives, procedures, and budgets.
• Deliver reliable and secure infrastructure and platform services.
• Plan and execute cloud migrations and platform upgrades.
• Oversee network, identity, and endpoint management disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with security controls and governance.
