Job summary

Aven Hospitality, a leading hospitality tech innovator, seeks a Head of FP&A to architect planning, forecasting, and analytics from the ground up. Report to the SVP of Finance and collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Services, and the Controller. Thrive in ambiguity and drive growth in a scaled SaaS business.

You’ll own planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across departments, mentor a small team, and translate numbers into strategic actions for executive leaders and the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A experience, with leadership experience.
• SaaS metrics: ARR, NDR, CAC, LTV, churn, gross margin.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and KPI analysis.
• Manage a small FP&A team and mentor staff.
• Partner with department heads on budgets, headcount, and expenses.
• Develop driver-based financial models for recurring revenue and budgets.
• Provide insights to inform strategy, capital allocation, and ROI.
