Job summary

Saviynt is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to shape the company’s financial architecture as we scale our AI-powered identity security platform. You will lead a talented finance team, build scalable models, forecast growth, and provide data-driven insights to the founders and C-suite.

You’ll design enterprise-wide planning processes, automate finance workflows, and develop AI-enabled analytics to optimize unit economics and capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive FP&A experience in SaaS or high-growth tech
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CPA preferred
• Experience leading and scaling a 20+ person finance team
• Proven ability to automate financial processes and implement BI solutions
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for executives

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a 25-person FP&A team, fostering data-driven insights
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for a SaaS company
• Design advanced financial models and AI-powered analytics for SaaS metrics
• Drive end-to-end process automation across financial systems and BI platforms
• Partner with leadership to translate financial data into actionable strategies
• Provide visibility into financial performance for the board and executives
• Analyze ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, CAC, and other SaaS metrics for opportunities
• Ensure accurate P&L forecasts, variance analysis, and scenario planning
