Job summary

AiPrise in San Jose is hiring a Head of Customer Engineering to lead the Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will be the voice of the customer, shaping onboarding, integrations, and production deployments across global accounts.

You will own time-to-first verification, design end‑to‑end customer onboarding, and drive alignment between sales, product, and support. Strong API, integration, and enterprise tech experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solutions engineering or similar customer‑facing leadership.
• Experience scaling an FDE/solutions function in B2B SaaS, fintech, or infra.
• Deep comfort with APIs, integrations, and enterprise tech cycles.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product direction with backbone in roadmaps.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with strong ownership and bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and level up the Forward Deployed Engineering team across customers.
• Define staffing by tier, complexity, and region; build onboarding programs.
• Own end-to-end onboarding journey: contract to live production; drive go‑live.
