Job summary

Manufact is building dev-tools and cloud infrastructure for MCP and software used by AI agents. You will drive the enterprise deployment journey, from discovery to production, writing code, making architecture decisions, and ensuring customer value.

As the first Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work across pilots, partnerships and customer success, owning technical delivery and adoption while collaborating with founders and product teams in a fast-growing startup environment in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript skills and experience with APIs, authentication, integrations and cloud deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical journey from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Build MCP servers, apps and integrations; debug APIs and deployment issues.
• Maintain an implementation roadmap with owners and weekly check-ins.
• Monitor adoption and help customers expand usage after launch.
• Collaborate with developers, partners and customers to ship integrations.
