Ramp is hiring an AI Forward Deployed Engineer in San Francisco to build agents for our largest customers. You will interact directly with clients, translate pain points into product specs, and ship end-to-end solutions that expand Ramp's capabilities.

You will collaborate across Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver high-quality software at scale in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes ownership, urgency, and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
• Extensive experience building with and for agents.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
• Comfort and excitement to be customer-facing.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and master your craft.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software end to end to meet customer needs.
• Build internal and external agents to accelerate problem solving.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management.
• Drive core product roadmap within embedding model and decide when to build a custom solution.
