Your role influences product roadmaps, governance, and security practices, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure scalable, compliant deployments worldwide.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years building and scaling enterprise-grade apps or AI systems.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and influencing executives.
• Expertise in AI implementations (RAG, vector DBs, knowledge bases).
• Knowledge of distributed, event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.
• Up-to-date understanding of major LLMs and tooling for enterprise AI deployment.
• Understanding of multi-agent orchestration, data-driven decisioning, and autonomous action design.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy for Agentic AI deployments across industries.
• Establish best practices for MCP, inter-agent communication, and AI orchestration.
• Standardize agent development life cycle and oversee delivery at scale.
• Evangelize Salesforce’s agentic architecture with customers, partners, and ecosystem developers.
• Build a high-performing, enterprise-grade agentic systems team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape strategy and execution.
• Oversee data privacy, security, and compliance with internal/legal teams.
