Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa on Del Monte Golf Course is seeking a Director of Outlets to oversee our restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food and beverage outlets. You will lead a dynamic team, drive profitability, and implement innovative concepts to enhance guest experiences.

With a focus on operational excellence and revenue growth, you will interpret financial data and develop strategic plans while managing extended hours as required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably hotel.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan.
• Ability to lead and direct a team.
• Time management skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.

Responsabilidades
