Job summary

Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa on Del Monte Golf Course, located in Monterey, CA, seeks a Director of Outlets to lead our restaurants, bars, lounges, and other F&B venues. You will drive guest satisfaction, elevate service standards, and ensure seamless operations in a luxury resort setting.

You will oversee strategic concepts, coach a diverse team, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize revenue while maintaining exemplary guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably hotel.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan.
• Ability to lead and direct a team.
• Time management skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of our restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food and beverage outlets.
• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team to deliver outstanding service.
• Drive revenue growth, implement innovative concepts, and ensure operational efficiency.
