Job summary

Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa in Monterey, California, seeks a Director of Outlets to lead our restaurants, bars, lounges, and other F&B outlets. Drive revenue growth, cost control, and guest satisfaction with a dynamic leadership team and strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably hotel.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into an operational plan.
• Ability to lead and direct a team.
• Time management skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.
