Job summary

Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa on Del Monte Golf Course seeks a Director of Outlets to lead our restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional guest service and culinary excellence. You will manage daily service, uphold quality standards, and coach a team to deliver memorable dining experiences across multiple outlets.

Requirements include 4+ years in F&B, 2+ years in hotel management, strong scheduling and cost-control skills, and proficiency with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Food & Beverage experience within the hospitality industry.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a hotel Food & Beverage operation.
• Experience managing multiple outlets preferred.
• Union experience preferred but not required.
• Strong background in scheduling, labor management, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of Hospitality service standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.
• Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in POS systems and operational reporting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
