Job summary

Seminole Gaming seeks a senior leader to plan and direct the property's F&B operations, ensuring a superior guest experience. You will manage budgets, supervise culinary leaders, and drive strategic initiatives across outlets, banquets, and beverage operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality and cost controls, coaching the leadership team, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while aligning with brand standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in related field; 10+ years of related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Ability to read, interpret and explain technical manuals and related materials
• Strong communication with guests regarding complaints, tours, programs, etc.
• Ability to coach and counsel employees
• Experience completing standard Seminole Tribe of Florida forms and reports
• Ability to communicate effectively in English about duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the F&B operations of the property and related management functions
• Develop and administer operating and capital budgets
• Lead strategic F&B initiatives aligned with property goals and guest expectations
• Oversee quality, consistency and presentation of all food products
• Monitor labor and food cost percentages; implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, HR, Security, Facilities and other departments
• Lead, develop and coach the F&B leadership team; succession planning
• Establish service standards and guest recovery practices; review feedback for improvements
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, food safety, licensing and workplace safety requirements
• Oversee vendor relations, contracts, purchasing strategies, and inventory controls
