Job summary

Seminole Tribe of Florida is seeking a Beverage Management Supervisor to assist in the beverage outlet, ensuring top service while meeting financial goals. You will coordinate with management, help schedule and oversee dining room details, and monitor costs.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of restaurant supervisory experience, a two-year degree preferred, and strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

• This position requires an Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2–4 years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be computer literate and able to read Seminole Tribe of Florida policies.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the Beverage Management Department according to established standards.
• Communicates with management and support staff on daily needs, requirements and expectations.
• May assist in scheduling, planning, timing and supervision of restaurant outlet details and events.
• Maintains accurate records, prepares reviews, and analyzes reports.
• Handles guest issues and promotes positive guest relations.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
