The incumbent will engage with guests, coordinate with coworkers, and uphold company standards while working flexible shifts in a smoke-influenced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with food, beverage, and wine service.
• Knowledge of table service procedures and etiquette.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must obtain licenses/certifications per regulations.
• Approximately two years of table service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to internal and external customers.
• Assist guests with menu and beverage selection with product knowledge.
• Inform guests of daily specials and features.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through food quality checks and responsiveness to complaints.
• Maintain a neat, clean appearance and enforce sanitation standards.
• Take orders and communicate specials to guests.
• Handle tables, servers, and wine service as needed.
• Stand for eight hours and move around the restaurant and kitchen.
