Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is seeking a Beverage Management Supervisor to lead the restaurant outlet, delivering exceptional guest service while achieving financial goals. You will assist in scheduling, planning, and supervising service details, monitor costs, and maintain accurate records.

A2–4 years of restaurant supervisory experience and an associate/bachelor’s degree are preferred. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• For preference: Associate or Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Must be computer literate and able to read Seminole Tribe of Florida policies.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests in English.
• Must work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to analyze Food & Beverage data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with management and support staff on daily needs and expectations.
• Assists in scheduling, planning, and supervision of restaurant outlet details and costs.
• Maintains accurate records, prepares reviews, and analyzes reports.
• Handles guest issues and promotes positive guest relations.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
