Job summary

Seminole Casino Coconut Creek is seeking a Fine Dining Italian Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest service excellence, and lead a high-caliber hospitality team under the guidance of the Executive Food & Beverage Director.

You will work with the chef to develop menus and beverage programs, control costs, review purchasing, mentor staff, and drive guest satisfaction during standard and special events.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Business or related field.
• Minimum two years as a high-end restaurant manager.
• Experience supervising professional hospitality teams.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the venue and guest service to ensure high standards.
• Collaborate with the chef to develop and refresh menus and beverage programs.
• Implement cost controls, inventory management and purchasing reviews.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance management for restaurant staff.
• Address guest feedback and ensure timely service during events and peak periods.
