Job summary

Penn Entertainment's Riverside property seeks an experienced Food & Beverage leader to direct all casino beverage operations and oversee high-volume service standards. You will develop teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and implementing cost controls across departments.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory background, ServSafe certification, strong communication, and skills in cost analysis and staff development to foster growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in a full service or high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Ability to earn and maintain ServSafe certification.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Ability to train and motivate personnel.
• Excellent motivational, communication and customer service skills required.
• Organizational development and personnel assessment skills.
• Knowledge of food cost and labor analysis.
• Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Food & Beverage and/or casino beverage operations.
• Develop team members to provide exceptional service, products and value to guests while maximizing profitability.
• Think strategically about pricing, quality, marketing, and customer satisfaction in relation to F&B offerings.
• Develop financial, business and capital expenditure plans aligned with property strategy.
• Respond to planning changes and adjust plans as needed.
• Present updates and explanations for variances to leadership.
• Provide leadership and model Code of Conduct.
• Ensure receiving, holding, and issuing of products meet quality standards.
• Design and implement menus; supervise inventory and cost control systems.
• Establish plans and structure for departments; manage managers and supervisors.
• Analyze market trends and adjust plans for financial health and growth.
• Oversee training programs for department staff.
