PENN Entertainment is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to direct the department’s operations, budgets, and customer service standards across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; or 5–10 years of F&B leadership experience.
• Minimum five years of F&B management experience; casino environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to interact with guests and staff and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in F&B software systems.
• Ability to present to groups of managers and customers.
• Strategic thinking on pricing, quality, marketing, customer satisfaction, and staff development.
• Delegation, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of food cost and labor analysis.
• F&B administration and cost-control knowledge.
• Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directs the overall operations and staff of the Food & Beverage department; sets goals and monitors performance and profit objectives.
• Ensures efficient scheduling, manages labor costs, staffing objectives, and guest satisfaction.
• Prepares and monitors budgets; reports deviations to Executive Management/GM.
• Promotes superior customer service and ensures department standards are met.
• Provides direction to F&B leadership and oversees department operations.
• Presents updates to plans and explains variances.
• Oversees receiving, holding, and issuance of products within quality standards.
• Aligns operations with strategic direction of a large organization.
• Assists in designing and engineering F&B menus.
• Implements and audits inventory and cost-control systems.
• Ensures safety and sanitation policies comply with regulations.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and confidentiality of matters.
