You will own deal structuring, executive relationships, and an ecosystem strategy, shaping partnerships from inception to scale while aligning with product, marketing, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fintech business development and partnerships.
• Experience structuring bank/BAAS partnerships and managing diligence.
• Track record building consumer ecosystems through brand partnerships.
• Strong understanding of embedded finance economics.
• Proven executive relationships and portfolio management.
• Comfort in regulated environments with risk/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships behind money movement and financial products with banks and processors.
• Structure revenue-share, funding and distribution models for embedded finance.
• Source and sign consumer brands to drive resident engagement and loyalty.
• Manage strategic partner relationships, performance, and renewals.
• Lead deal structuring and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Activate partnerships with product, resident experience, and marketing.
• Shape ecosystem strategy and advise on build/buy/partner decisions.
