Anthropic seeks a Manager of Technical Deployment for Financial Services to lead a team embedding with clients, upskilling talent, and ensuring delivery quality. You will own portfolio health, manage executives, and drive SOWs from scope through production.

This player-coach role requires credibility in architecture and sales discussions, with travel 25–50% to customer sites and strong focus on governance, risk, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery with people management experience.
• Led technical delivery teams in enterprise environments, client-facing.
• Delivered AI/ML/LLM-based solutions into production with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in Financial Services engagements.
• Manage each TDL directly with regular 1:1s and growth plans.
• Own portfolio health and intervene when delivery drifts.
• Maintain executive relationships and run steering committees.
• Staff engagements and align with FDE managers on resources.
• Lead the most complex engagements when needed from plan to production.
• Codify patterns and playbooks to scale delivery.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on scope and go-to-market materials.
• Run operating rhythm and report on customer outcomes.
