Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 8+ years in accounting/reporting.
• Deep expertise in affordable housing finance (LIHTC, GAAP, multi-entity).
• Experience managing audits and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Close: Manage monthly/annual close, GAAP statements, variance analysis.
• Affordable Housing Compliance: Oversee LIHTC and HUD reporting across programs.
• Audit, Tax & Investor Relations: Lead audits, tax filings and investor reporting packages.
• Systems & Internal Controls: Manage Yardi/RealPage/MRI and strengthen controls.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor staff and partner with executives.
