Greystone is seeking a Vice President of Acquisitions to lead LIHTC equity investments from LOI through closing. Based in Atlanta, you will serve as closing lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners across the investment lifecycle.

The role requires experience in LIHTC equity investing and affordable housing finance, with a proven ability to manage due diligence, negotiate transaction documents, and drive deals to a timely close.

Qualifications
