Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience administering or supporting Ellucian Banner.
• Experience with databases, reporting tools, and emerging technologies within higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight for the financial aid management system, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and enrollment strategies.
• Leads as Financial Aid Functional Lead, liaising with Roosevelt’s Information Technology team and primary point of contact for financial aid systems processes, data, and reporting for external departments.
• Leads planning for the Ellucian Banner financial aid roadmap, including monitoring, testing, reporting, and coordination of software updates and upgrades.
• Collaborates with enrollment management leadership and systems leads in other enrollment units to align financial aid technology with broader university objectives.
