Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in student financial aid, higher education administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for the Processing and Operations and Student Services and Outreach units within OSFA.
• Supervise senior-level staff, establish priorities, and ensure achievement of operational and strategic goals.
• Oversee financial aid processing, compliance, and program administration.
• Collaborate with campus partners to ensure consistent interpretation and application of financial aid policies and regulations.
