Qualifications

• Minimum of three years hands-on project management leadership experience in a higher education environment.
• Experience on the functional side of at least one major system of any Ellucian Banner system.
• Knowledge of design, development and maintenance of reports and dashboards using Argos, EAB Edify, other analytics platforms and AI.
• Collaboration with departments to translate business questions into data requirements and produce actionable insights.
• Maintain documentation, metadata definitions, and data quality standards; facilitation of data governance.
• Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels and ability to present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager for new Registrar technology initiatives, leading projects from planning and requirements gathering through implementation, assessment, and ongoing improvement while ensuring alignment with institutional needs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, decision logs, risk and issue tracking, testing plans, and status communications.
• Coordinate the configuration, integration, testing, and implementation of Registrar software with Banner and other enterprise systems, incorporating AI-enabled capabilities when appropriate.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop documentation, training materials, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer resources.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Argos, EAB Edify, other analytics platforms, and AI-enabled tools when appropriate.
• Collaborate with departments to translate business questions into data requirements and produce actionable insights.
