You will recruit, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture to shape the firm's future growth, leveraging the firm’s long-standing brand and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with an interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
