Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This leadership position focuses on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client work.

You will recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance culture to shape the future growth of the firm, leveraging the firm’s 175-year history and strong brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
