Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a visionary Vice President, Field Services to orchestrate the success of our North American operations. You will oversee regional field operations, the Command Center, and Fleet Management, driving operational excellence and cost control while expanding service capabilities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply Lean/Six Sigma, and use data analytics to inform strategic decisions. This remote role requires up to 50% travel across North America.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading Field Services operations.
• 7+ years leading Remote Technical Support (Command Center) operations.
• 2+ years leading Fleet Management operations.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams in North America or globally.
• Executive-level project leadership with client SLA attainment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and initiative skills.
• Advanced statistical/analytical abilities and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Field Services organization across the U.S. and Canada.
• Oversee Command Center operations for real-time monitoring and incident response.
• Direct Fleet Management strategy for asset utilization and lifecycle planning.
• Manage multiple operational P&Ls with forecasting and budgeting.
• Drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion customer-focused culture and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
