Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Vice-President of Field Equipment Operations to oversee the equipment program, align strategy with market sector goals, and drive financial performance and operational excellence across heavy and light assets.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in construction equipment management and a track record of strategic execution, procurement leadership, and durable safety compliance across remote and on-site operations, with up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, construction management, finance, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree in finance preferred.
• CEM or CESP certifications preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in construction equipment management from the owner side.
• 5+ years in executive leadership at a construction company with revenues of $500MM+.
• Experience with equipment-related technology and innovation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and operational excellence for the equipment program.
• Align equipment strategy with Market Sector goals and ROI.
• Lead procurement, financing, and vendor relationships.
• Develop budgets and report financial performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
