Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to oversee the deployment of Automated Photo Enforcement Systems across active state work zones. You will lead a hands-on team, achieve 99% deployment execution and 95% issuance targets, and report daily to the regional depot.

This role blends technical acumen with customer-focused leadership to drive operational success. Based in an office setting, you will work closely with Field Service and Client Service teams, maintaining schedules,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 4 years of experience with increasing responsibility in operations and/or field services roles.
Minimum 2 years of effective people leadership including directing, motivating, coaching/feedback, and staff development with positive client experience and SLA attainment.

Responsibilities

Directly manage a staffed team of mobile operators (full-time and temporary) and oversee hiring, performance metrics, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Collaborate with Field Service, Client Service and Account Managers to identify improvements and enhance client relations.
Develop and maintain weekly schedules to optimize efficiency within budget constraints.
Conduct weekly field audits to ensure standards and operational effectiveness.
Maintain depot and vehicle inventory for team use and ensure supplies are available.
Diagnose and repair equipment to maximize system availability and reliability.
Prioritize and plan work to balance workload across the team.
