Numotion, the leading mobility solutions provider in North America, seeks a Vice President of Field Operations to drive customer satisfaction and growth across a large territory. You will lead a cross-functional team, shape strategy, and ensure performance against financial and service goals.

The role requires extensive healthcare operations experience, matrix leadership, and a track record of developing leaders across multiple locations. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in ops are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of operational management experience.
• 5+ years in a healthcare area with multi-location responsibilities.
• Manage staff of 25+ and lead organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team across the territory to meet customer service and productivity targets.
• Define strategy, allocate resources, and execute to improve service profitability.
• Analyze costs, operations, and forecast data to track progress and adjust plans.
