Job summary

ViaPath Technologies is seeking a Field Services Sr Manager to lead internal and vendor field technicians servicing ViaPath products at customer facilities. The role reports to the Director of Field Services and requires travel up to 50%; remote work is available for applicants based in Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in customer-facing leadership, strong communication skills, and proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years related experience in a customer-facing role delivering product services.
• Strong leadership experience and ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Ambassador for ViaPath and supervise Field Services team.
• Coordinate contractual compliance across internal teams to ensure resources for issue resolution.
• Oversee deployment, maintenance, and support of IT systems at customer sites.
