Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Director of Field Service Network Governance to lead the governance of our service-network operations, contracts, onboarding, and master data.

You will work with multiple internal teams to ensure compliant, timely processes and strong partner relationships across CE Care, B2B, Dacor, and other field-service accounts. This role focuses on contract lifecycle management, data accuracy, budgeting support, training coordination, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Twelve+ years of experience in field service, service operations, or a comparable function.
• Five+ years of leadership experience managing teams or programs.
• Experience supporting a large service network or vendor organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Network Governance organization and establish priorities, procedures, controls, and performance expectations.
• Oversee the administration and governance of CE Care, B2B, Dacor, and other field-service accounts.
• Manage the service-partner contract lifecycle, including development, execution, renewal, amendment, and termination.
• Coordinate contractual, legal, credit, accounting, compliance, banking, and documentation requirements with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead the onboarding of new service providers, accounts, and technicians, including background checks and system access.
• Develop and maintain master data for customers, vendors, service providers, and technicians.
• Monitor account information, banking details, labor rates, service terms, and technician status for accuracy.
• Provide reporting and analytics on performance, issues, risks, and actions for leadership.
