Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Service Manager to support Regional Service Managers, BEs and Authorized Service Centers, delivering data-driven insights and action planning to improve field performance.

You will build strong relationships with service partners, compile detailed reports, monitor KPIs, and present updates to senior leadership. Travel up to 20% nationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree preferred
• 6+ years of in-home appliance/TV service management experience preferred
• Experience gathering reports, KPIs and providing data analytics on partner performance
• Must be able to travel up to 20% domestically
• Identify gaps in procedures/policies/processes and create improvement plans
• Experience presenting updates to senior leadership on status of business/projects
• Experience & analytics to understand operational impact to customers/business/ROI
• Direct report and independent contractor management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build solid relationships with ASC & BE service centers and maintain knowledge of accounts and issues
• Compile, edit, and gather data to develop technical, operational, and strategic reports
• Manage regional KPI reports and implement action plans for improvements
• Ensure service partners are supported in technical/procedural areas and satisfied with Samsung’s service
• Use reporting tools to prioritize actions and organize field visits
• Conduct regular meetings with BE’s and Field Leadership to review reports and KPIs
• Create detailed reports from field activities, samples, and potential solutions
• Escalate operational issues to head office management and HQ service operations
