Job summary

2020 Companies is recruiting a remote Regional Operations Manager to represent Samsung Electronics America. The role oversees brand standards at service locations and crafts short-, mid-, and long-term support plans to meet end-user and brand needs.

You’ll consolidate and present KPI data to the Client Operations team and collaborate with Field and Retail teams to optimize operations. Responsibilities include leading operations, managing escalations, and driving improvements across partners

Qualifications

• 2+ years' lead / supervisor / management experience required.
• Experience in coaching and giving timely and relevant feedback to peers or direct reports.
• Proven exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Indexes, Charts, Graphs, Countifs, Sumifs).
• Ability to express complex processes or concepts clearly and simply.
• Ability to read and understand requirement documents and engineering specifications.
• Ability to quickly learn technical information in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented but able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigating escalations, establishing, and maintaining relationship with service locations to enhance overall operations of the program.
• Monitoring support queues to shift support, when necessary.
• Supporting cross-functional support lines of business to provide additional ticket and technical support to the client's authorized services.
• Planning in adherence to clients’ global requirements and changes including global process and standard policies.
