2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a remote Regional Operations Manager to oversee brand standards at service locations and develop short- to long-term support plans for Samsung Electronics America.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure market success. You will monitor KPI trends, lead escalation management, and coordinate with Field Team, Training, and Engineering to optimize operations and service delivery across locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lead/supervisor/management experience.
• Experience coaching and giving timely and relevant feedback to peers or direct reports.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with service locations to improve operations.
• Monitor support queues and adjust staffing as needed.
• Collaborate with Field Team and other groups to support client’s services.
• Plan in adherence to global requirements and update SOPs.
• Identify process improvements and living documents with the client’s operations team.
• Travel to locations to assess operations and ensure alignment.
