Job summary

Samsung Electronics America seeks a Regional Service Manager to support Regional Service Managers, BEs and ASC partners in Plano, TX. You will compile data, monitor field performance, and deliver actionable reports to improve service outcomes.

This role requires strategic leadership, strong analytics, and collaboration with field leadership to drive KPIs and customer satisfaction across the region. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in-service management, a relevant degree, and the ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree preferred.
6+ years in-home appliance/television service management experience preferred.
Experience gathering reports, KPI analysis, and data analytics.
Ability to travel up to 20% domestically.
Strong presentation skills to senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

Build solid relationships with ASC & BE service partners and understand their accounts and issues.
Develop, compile, and deliver regional performance reports and KPIs.
Identify gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and implement improvement plans.
Regularly present updates to senior leadership on status of business and projects.
Support and engage in field leadership and ad-hoc requests as needed.
