Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy roles.
• Experience in enterprise B2B software or infrastructure.
• Hands-on data manipulation and analytics capability.

Responsibilities

• Own the Field Engineering headcount model and capacity planning.
• Define Field Engineering KPI framework and maintain dashboards.
• Serve as a liaison between Global Field Engineering and GTM Strategy.
